Why? Because if this stock tanks really bad monday on fears of any sorts they just may close the security on that alone meaning on tuesday I have seen them do that before the SEC...and of course to protect new invesotrs or anything like that a lot of crooks come out of the dark when stocks are heavily volatle or sitautions happen like the one SPNGE is ineeded in. The last thing they need is illegal trades of some sort, and then the sec would have to look into that as well. I don't know really, was just using that as a date tuesday I guess it depends not only what happens on monday in perhaps in term of SH price if it goes down like 75%, but what the sec rules or comes out with or the company releases, that would then thus halt it on tuesday meaning SPNGE.
