Accurate. Judge Mary said adversary proceedings (including Discovery and the 4.4 Billion) will continue unless Sleet says otherwise. Her mocking tone was as if there was no chance of Sleet ruling against her, or even ruling at all as he in not even required to so do.

So we have two roads imo:

1. The 4.4 Billion goes back to WMI, Discovery begins and JPM throws in the towel and settles. 2 - 3 months tops.

2. We go to a Jury Trial, somewhere during that trial JPM settles or WMI is awarded big numbers. This will be a 1 - 2 year process.
