WELL WE DONT HAVE AN AUDITED 10K FOR 09 EITHER CARP WERE ASSUMEING ITS OK BUT HOW DO WE NOW UNTIL FILED ITS STILL SPECULATION UNTIL WE SEE IT ISNT IT ARE AN ASSUMPTION. THE PROBLEM IS BEFORE WE NOW EVERYTHINGS OK OR NOT OK IT WILL PROBABLY BE TO LATE TO GET OUT ARE MAYBE GET IN
