And if they're compensated in shares, would those come out of the companies or Brain's private stash ?
If they're compensated in shares, wouldn't they want the PPS to rise so their compensation rises in value before they choose to collect (ie sell their stock)
How can the compensation be measured in stock if the A/S isn't capped.
Wouldn't that be impossible to do ?
