Since Bebida is apparently in some major debt with Yorkville Advisors, they (Yorville) have the power to convert their shares or short the stock to its demise (death spiral).

The biggest losers in this situation would be the shareholders.

Meanwhile, Koma Unwind's intellectual property belongs to DLR Associates - HOW CONVENIENT!

So if Bebida does go belly up, Koma Unwind (funded by us) will most likely make it another company's portfolio.
