I heartily agree - especially in reference to the "art" of a company pr. Sometimes less is better, but at other times there must be a release of information. Even the best writers will recognize that 1 or 2 trusted others proofreading and helping to tweak a release is preferable many times. And, letting something sit overnight is many times the best process before a last reading before submitting it to all. There was a lot of time involved prior to our last release to allow for several revisions of most of what was needed. Certain things were ultimately going to happen. The final details were not where the release was particularly lacking.
