It's good style for a company to publish its flowsheet(s). As I mentioned earlier this year, Mercator has the best I've seen while WUCC's flowsheet has only appeared on the GO brochure. Perhaps someone can scan that and get it into a post where it's readable.
Maybe there's just one pipe that takes the tailings slurry from the mag circuit over to the flotation tanks. The flowsheet would make this evident.
The spreadsheet has the recovery set at 42% for the copper to match the 1500 tpd input ore and the 25 tpd output con. We don't know exactly what the grade is (% copper in the ore) or exactly where the ore is coming from but the numbers in the spreadsheet should be usably close to actuals, if we knew them.
I do recall July but never heard the 20% CU number - that was the "dirty con" era during which no one could give a good reason for the con not being saleable.
The max recovery % of copper that I've read about is 82%. That was the case with lots of iron coming along with the copper. That was in 1917!
