After pondering that scenerio further, it would make alot of sense. 1)sometime last wed or thur, EESO and WOW resolve thier disagreement. 2)Part of resolution is the accelerated move by WOW to obtain equipment and personel(if desired) and begin making product on own. 3)this will allow contract to remain in tact (good for eeso)and offer some security to WOW(good for them), as this legal action surely would have been difficulty for both and trust shaken. 4)both walk away with desired results and only loss would be of product markup for time eeso was making product. Also, I dont think m/u was much more than 10-20% to WOW anyway(again based on my interpretation of the contracts) IMHO
