the problem is that if SPNg response, the type of repsonse we would want to see would have to include names, numbers and addressess of contacts -- if that were done, me and a hundred other people (or more) would flood the contacts with calls to verify -- so it won't happen which allows doubt to remain in our minds and feeds the bashers point of view

this is going to be a bad day for share price, am afraid
