i never mentioned pensley... but if it was his name forged, then he IS 'a' victim at that point--even if he doesn't consider himself one...

and, lol... sry... you have this one wrong...

now, if i showed up and said some guy ripped me off by forging my name to a check... you would be right... they would prolly send me to the cops 'because they would have more man power for a case like this'...

if i said, hey, i have 100 counts of forgery on public stock certificates... heheheheh.... there would be about 6 agents pop over the desk with cards in hand... cause somebody was getting promoted on that deal...
