I dunno. Somehow I think T+44 will evolve into T+88, then T+ 126, and on, and on, and on.

I have to ask, will those who sold SPNG share ever be able to deliver the shares that they sold?

It may get interesting when the Uniform Commercial Code is invoked.

Thou shall not sell that which thou cannot deliver.

It is very simple. Really. You sell something, you have to deliver it. Period. End of case. No MM exemptions. No nothing. You sell it. You deliver it.
