Kerry's should have jabbed hard on that one..but he was a gentleman. I would have responded...well ..you do have plenty of practice with using leashes..take for instance the prison situation..did you sir..order the use of leashes on prisoners.. you think bush would have choked on that one.. oh my..seems like bush used that world very loosely....hummmm
