I'm not a lawyer - but I use these terms nearly daily in the course of running our funds. The way most professionals use the terms are as I explained.

And no I have no idea what investipedia is. But this offering was not made public. therefore its private anyway you cut it.

It looks like MNTA may lose the 10.75 level if the market sees more weakness. If that happens I guess most here will be happy that it wasn't a public offering!

10.20 - 10.40 area though has a lot of support in the moving averages clusters.
