I really have to wonder. That last CC the Investors asked some extremely good questions and put McCready through some tough comments and questions.. I was feeling the pressure just listening. I believe management was truly impacted by that hammering they received. I felt like Investors hammered not to hurt McCready but instead to stress the frustration, and to make it clear something big needs to happen. I believe Investors really believe in this company and the frustration was simply a reflection on wanting to see NeoMedia shine.

This potential settlement is EXTREMLY GOOD FOR EVERYONE. NeoMedia is looking very good right now.

We could be about to revist the massive climb we took after the patent news. Instead this time it has to do with new CONFIRMED revenue.
