I know you have shares and you are trying to be hopeful. I respect that. But do not sneer at anyone who is giving you good information. It is my opinion that the new auditors will not ever do a filing. JMO.

It is NOT my opinion that it is serious if an attorney's Letter of Opinion was issued by the company--and not the attorney.
