Put it to bed. They wouldn't have hired Deloitte to audit themselves if they were a bunch of crooks. Crazy. Let me think this through ... I am a crook ... I know I will hire a premeire accounting firm, post Sarbanes Oxley to show everyone what a real crook I am.
