Before I answer to your Questions.Have you called the Company and talked to anyone to ask them about these Questions??Or you probably know the answers you will get are good, but you already sold your shares and you go an Extra step to call it a scam, so you can get back in??That will not happen.Because in order for that to happen, Nite has to fill me many million of shares on different bids.lol.
I talked to MR.Goodspeed and got my answers.
Lawsuits??Lajolla is old news.Lajolla judgment is against the old officers too.
None of the officers took any money before they split. Where did you get that??
What False info are you talking about on the Website???
They made a lot of changes to web site a couple months ago and updated things. Can you tell me what False info???
Goodspeed???He was never President.
Shareholders elected F. H. Lartz as a director last year and the board made Lartz President until the next regularly scheduled shareholder and directors meeting.
Lartz appointed that Lion Brad Goodspeed as Director of product development. He knows the business, works for shares as far as I know and he thinks that he will probably not selling even if it goes to .30 and .50.
Also He knows the Law very well, and likes to mess with lawyers for sport.lol. Last one that tried to screw them was disbarred a couple days ago for 2 years...there is a god.
Yup you heard right Lion. Now do me a favor and sell me your shares that is if you have any.lol.Any more of info please Contact True Lion Brad Goodspeed.Or better yet do not call him
just sell me what ever shares you got,and then call him.lol.
