What in the world makes you think I'm trying to scare people off this board?! Your reading is a bit paranoid. it was clearly discussing *another* company in a similar space that *doesn't* perform as well as MMRF.
(p.s. I like rainmaker's point about the individual phone #s better than insurance in case of failure -- much better/confidence-inspiring to show that you have the ability to preclude a problem than say "we'll reimburse you if you can take the trouble to take us to court")
