It appears that Dan is comfortable with his current job and salary and not really willing to hire and give someone authority to actually sell Chariot trailers...

It appears from the years of watching this company that he doesn't care the least about shareholders, just keeping the status quo.
I have seen many post stating they tried to get ahold of him and never got a response.

If someone else was in charge of this company they would expand the IMW division since it appears to do pretty well and get someone from the motorcycle industry to promote and sell trailers.
I also think his personal involvement in AFGP really hurts ACCS..

This company will continue to be run as a small "Private" company as long as Dan is there and shareholders really have no power since management owns most of the shares.

THe only hope for shareholders is that Dan finally wakes up and starts doing something or the get a new President (I am for this).
