Everyone expected this to come, so the only question has been the price.

I think once this PIPE settles it means clear sailing for the next 3 Qs. I would buy close to the PIPE price of 10.75. I sold on the PIPE news and bought back at 10.90, but I would have liked to get it at 10.75 or so.
