Good way to start is to find out if Maxwell Securities was shorting the stock at the time they were the promoters. I'll guarantee you they were. That is probably illegal. And with having talks with Alex Hazan he also told me Maxwell were selling the stock he gave them to promote the company(4 million shares worth)to drive down the price. Alex really sounded pissed off. Was it genuine? Was it the Sting? I don't know cause I'm gullable. I havn't tried to call Alex since the share price dropped to below 20 cents. Thats a long time ago. I'd love to do something about it if someone knows how to go about it or if we have a leg to stand on. Maybe I'll try to call Alex again, thats if his cell # hasn't been changed.
