Been doing that for years. Fully loaded and very tired of the ride. Right now I would gladly vote for a hostile takeover. I'm sure there are many that have the same sentiment. If mgmt had put a board member outside of the ES crowd on the proxy, I would feel diferently. Not sure whether current BOD can be trusted to look out for shareholders.
