Welcome as moderator, we certainly appreciate the effort required.
RE: your post, I reported my e-mail with Peter DeVecchis some time ago which he responded that SOLM is "in for the long haul" regarding the Toyota suit, I can only assume,(and please understand this is MY assumption), that SOLM believes strongly that they are in a favorable position in terms of win / lose.
More interesting, I can report, again, that I have visited Technipower and the overall impression I got was one of a very technically qualified company manufacturing somewhat "un-sexy" product....Consumers can't really get excited about variac's and precision power supplies.
Again I think we are on the right road for the long haul, not for immediate profits.
