MB Tech, Inc Announces Military Input
LAS VEGAS, Oct 1, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- MB Tech, Inc., (OTCBB: MBTT) announces
that Nano Equities World Corporation (NEWC) a Military Marketing and Sales
corporation by exclusive agreement with MB Tech (MBTT.OB) will handle the
military sales world wide. This organization based in the US will provide a
hands-on presence for MB Tech's Faserwave flat antennae for all military
applications.
Mr. Harry Kay is a director of MB Tech who has been elected as president of Nano
Equities World Corp (NEWC) and will also coordinate MB Tech's presence and be
actively available as a spokesperson for MB Tech. The agreement by board
approval was concluded in September. Mr. Kay abstained in the board's approval.
The board of NEWC include:
Major General Harry W. Brooks (ret) decorated by the U.S. for a career of
outstanding service, valor, and accomplishment as well a recipient of service
awards from Vietnam and South Korea.
Charles Potter, an investment analyst and banker who has held executive
positions with J.D. Winer, Bear Stearns & Co., and Oppenheimer & Co. (later CIBC
Oppenheimer).
Robert Ruiz, owner of three Southern California television broadcast stations
and a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) with NAVAIR at
Point Mugu, CA headed by Dr. Mike Sullivan.
Harry Kay (USMC and IS Army ret) has experience as CEO and COO to several public
companies and extensive foreign and domestic business experience.
