Exactly my point. PSC will begin promoting and it will go up 100% and then they will release acquistion news and it will go up another 200-300%... HRRN went from .01 to .04 in two days. WTAR went from .01 to .19 in 4 trading days. The buzz on ZENG will be way higher then both of those just because of the green sector and INEOS and any high names that are included in the acquision or PR's.
