I was told by a knowledgeable person that when they tried to get a shareholders list together for the shareholders meeting that an extra 225 million shares existed. I was told that is why the shareholders meeting was canceled and why AURC went silent afterwords. Considering only about 450 million shares should be out there, that was a 50% counterfeit share count. I posted this information at the time but was bashed down. Now Parkin and crew have been gotten rid of and the company is talking again. I wonder if bankruptcy was the only way to break the Canadians hold, maybe it was the only way to break the contracts.
