Exclusive Global License for Algal - XCHO does claim a exclusive global distribution license for this other product.

I have no idea how legit it is, if it would give them the same distribution strength into established European retail pharmacies or not.

While Rick does sit on XHCO's board and while he and Frank are personal friends, I'm sure NPHC has to choose the best European distribution partner for Cobroxin. It's one thing to market in the US, but Europe is bit trickier.
