It would seem if freedom of speech is your argument, then a response to your political rants should also be tolerated. Freedom of speech is after all, freedom of speech for all.

Personally, I would prefer to post about the stock market on ajtj's thread. Politics and religion are one of the quickest ways to ruin a good market related thread, IMO.

However, only stepping up to the plate when the conservative side is voiced is less than appropriate. So I suggest if you refrain from political rhetoric on this thread, I will have no reason to respond in kind.
