Man, think what are you saying. Spogetech management may be crazy but not stupid. How can They file a false statement with the SEC? Who is doing the re-auditing? D&T, would not answer any questions except to management or government officials. This company is so big, They don't have time to waste.

I am sure, when the PR was annonced, They will denied it right away.

So, think before posting. Please. think. You may be right, but does not make sense. Spongetech needs a reputable company approved by the SEC to back up their financial statements.

Specially now more than ever. They know the SEC is on Their case. They can not mess around with false official statements.

Nothing wrong with their financials, the SEC dis bar the previous accountants so their 2008 finacials has to be re-audited along with 2009.

Too much to loose. Nothing to gain. If it true what you're saying, then kiss goodbye to the company and everybody to jail.
