Tell me about Oversold. At today's PPS its market cap is $8.9 million. Until we see some financials to show otherwise, what is there to this company?

Positive side is Mr. Luiten. Technical chemistry education, COO of phenol plant. This is the only real asset I see.

That's where the positives end and we see: No business in first three years, no contracts, no income. No assets, no production, no facilities, not even an office.

I did leave out the paid PSC promo and the flipper hype. That is all this stock moves on. There is nothing else.

So, please explain "Oversold". What is worth $8.9 million - or even $100?
