FYI - The House just passed a bill that would let the Energy Dept. spend up to $200 mil more each year on R&D for advanced-technology vehicles and auto parts to make cars and trucks more fuel-efficient according Investors Business Daily.

Perhaps Solomon will receive some of these monies.
