The day that the strong news came out for BEHL, it had 80 million shares traded. Trust me, PSC can get ZENG back over .10 in one week after they start. I personally think that something is up. I bet the original dumpers have already rebought. This will run again. Either way, it was worth the gamble so I bought more.
