The ground breaking makes absolutely no sense, unless, they had some kind of substantial financing being lined up, from some financial institution. With the Politicians from the State of Kentucky being involved and the promise of jobs. They, FFI/KFA, must of had some kind of promise of pending financing, forthcoming.

Then, FFI/KFA would not know any more than us, and would be waiting just like everybody else.
