if that is all it is a letter from a lawyer, then it's a none issue for me. It is nice to have it but it is costly. If you are investing in pinks and can't trust the data the company put out then one should be looking at other stocks.

I am sure you are aware that many companies on NYSE and NASDAQ where have paper signed by lawyers and top accounting firms have been manipulate data/information/wrong data all the time. I don't have to go to the names of those companies.

So just keep that in mind.
