GLENN: Oh, yes. It is Friday. That means we open up the phones to you and ask Glenn anything. The number is 888 727 BECK, 888 727 BECK. I asked yesterday several times what exactly did we get for giving up the missile shield. What was it that we exchanged things for in the missile shield? The front page of the Drudge Report today is saying that the polls said we have been sold to the Russians, and they are exactly right. But what did we sell out for? What was it we got? You know when Ronald Reagan went to Reykjavik, he had the missile shield. He had Star Wars. The only thing is we didn't have Star Wars. We were bluffing. We didn't have it. But we sure made them believe we had it because we could negotiate. Well, now here we have the missile shield. Eastern Europe is begging us to install it. The world's on fire and what happens? What do we do? We give it up? For what? How did we sell out Eastern Europe? What did we sell it for? I contend we sold it for GE.

VOICE: GE, we bring evil to life.

GLENN: In a strange coincidence yesterday, just hours after we announced that we were giving up the missile shield, GE announced that they would be meeting with Vladimir Putin along with, who is it, Merrill Lynch or one of those?

PAT: Yeah, Chase? J.P. Morgan Chase, yeah.

GLENN: One of them that's still in business. Obama says that he just got something faster and better. I don't know what that is. What is it that's faster? Ron, what is it that's faster and better than the missile shield? Putin is now praising Barack Obama saying that he's a brave, brave man. Oh, yes. Oh, yes, there's somebody I want to get praise from, Vladimir Putin. Ahmadinejad meanwhile says Israel will not last long. Netanyahu is asking the world please, please don't abandon us.

So let's just see who we've abandoned here recently. We've sent a statue back, a bust of Winston Churchill, or tried to. Hey, hey. Yeah, that statue of Winston Churchill, no thanks. You can have it back. We said that to England. The prime minister said no, no, no, that was a gift from our country after September 11th. Yeah, that's okay. You can send it back. No, no. No, it was a gift. You can keep it in one of your museums if you wish. No, that's okay. Why would you do that? We give the queen an iPod with all of the hits of Obama, all of the great speeches of Obama. Why would you do that?
