No doubt!!.......they want an edge, more like edges, and boy are they protective of those Hedges "Hedgies", especially those that operate off shore.............the Cayman's is where the "real", Caribbean pirates operate, an with total immunity. There are also 241 banks that operate there, and they also have their own currency. From there they can transfer anywhere..........even to the UBS bank or others in Switzerland.............
