GTC, Perc was only copying a post by "Jawz2020". He's kind of infamous for his "style" of shout-writing and most have a hard time stomaching it, like myself. He has his own board so that he doesn't have to take rebuke for it.
Some people just can't help themselves.
He's harmless though.
