They have a distinct advantage in the DoD world, as they are the only co in SDVOSB category with biometrics technology in hand. Even though they are not the best, they will win the contracts, as certain money must go to SDVOSB co, no matter what.

There may be a scenarios where they will win a huge contract ( Say over $100m++) as a prime contractor and then make some of the top defense co as their sub-contractors.

EVRM will cash SDVOSB status more than it's technology.
