I think that is why the price has languished where it is, a lot of us are on the fence in regards to the R/S issue. I have been a long holder with about 300K shares. I have to think that hedging in case of the R/S issue should at least be thought about. Sell some shares prior to the next couple of weeks, and see if anything happens to get us over a 1.00.
In regards to voting, however, I think if enough shareholders withhold votes until after October 9th, management would have to at least rethink there strategy.
Either way, in the long term I believe we all make money.
