I don't know if you have any plans for follow-up of the SpongeTech story, but if
you do I have some significant information regarding the likely fraudulent
promotion and regarding the SEC's lack of action in this matter despite early
documentation of fraud.

My name is xxxxx. I am a free-lance Internet journalist who focused
primarily of fraud in the penny-stock markets, and on the lax enforcement of SEC
regulations in those markets.

I have the following documents, some dating from May of this year:

Letter from a former Spongetech Attorney to the SEC Director of Enforcement in
which the Attorney claims that his name has been forged on "hundreds" of opinion
letters lifting restrictions on Sponge Tech stock.

Letter from OldeMonmouth Stock Transfer Company likewise documenting forged
opinion letters. OldeMonmouth is no longer the Spongetech Transfer Agent.

Reports from OldeMonmouth and the new Spongetech Transfer agent documenting the
issuance of billions of new shares while the Company was claiming a "buyback",
and documenting the individuals to which (probably) illicit certificates were
issued.

Information and contacts regarding the decision of the former major clearing
agency decision to refuse to accept Spongetech stock certificates following the
OldeMonmouth letter.

Email communications to SEC officials documenting items above and questioning
their lack of response.

performance of the company or its share price. I have no affiliation, formal or
informal with any individual with a financial interest in this company. I am not
now, nor have I ever been affiliated in any way with Spongetech.
