He is not feeding it to us, he is feeding it to the SEC.

They have issued no press releases at all, just 8-k's over his signature, meaning he is criminally liable if they are fraudulent.

It is certainly troubling to see investigations underway against CEO's of companies, but as far as I can tell he has yet to be convicted of anything or plead guilty to anything.

Also, the investigations are not centered on LCHL, but other companies.

So create a Tim Page thread on IHUB and bash to your heart's content, but until you have something to post about Lion Capital, you should leave this thread alone.
