'Attention to detail' is not a recognised quality demonstrated so far by GRC and their responding to 'message board posts' is at best variable if it happens at all. Wonder if GRC level of competence is typical of most US companies. Even if the video WAS made when the last demos were done some time back and the problem rectified already, publishing this weeks' 'news' without checking the content was typical of this company and maybe indicative of why contracts seem to be 'light years' away.
