already a shareholder.
pros are running this, but there's still a chance after the merger there could be a better opportunity. any discreapancy i expect to be quickly adjusted.
right here the cash is about .416, right at the share exchange rate. the new stock will have to be around .87 to be equal to this .36 pre-merger.
