yes if they don't post it by the 18th they get the E tacked on, unless they get some sort of further extension for extending circumstances such as they all of a sudden told SPNG on the 11th that they had to do 2 years worth of audits...

and No it does not mean we get de-listed from the OTCBB... even once E you get a grace period of 30 days. as cases do happen such as ours
