copperken, i am not exactly sure what lexion585 is trying to say, or point he is making.

however.... let me assure you that LOC's most certainly and positively can be revoked without a court process.

how this affects CPRK, remains to be seen. but, if such actions are effected, it is not good news for CPRK.
