Due to the state of affairs of the present, trying to get any type of commerical financing will be very difficult to obtain, probably will take at the very least 6 months from now, before you even hear back from anyone, working commerical loans.

The only thing presently, is the Federal Government is sending all the States, stimulus money, to create jobs. If somehow FFI/KFA, through Kentucky would be able to receive a little of that stimulus money, to creats some jobs by starting some projects, to build the CTL plant, which would lead to permanent employment. That would be one way to kick start the project, before commercial financing becomes available.

I believe that borrowing money presently, if not impossible, is nearly impossible, unless the State of Kentucky and/or the Federal Government finances the start up, of the CTL project.

After start up, commercial money will become available.

My opinion.
