They were not ready a month ago. PSC said to hold LONG because they knew that ZENG wasn't ready yet. IR told me that they went to PSC too early in the process and weren't ready yet. Almost 6 weeks have passed, and now they are finally ready to start putting these out PR's... Luckily for me i got the bulk of my shares at .019
