IF the stock is 1 cents now what does it matter if they know its going to be 12 cents a month from now? They already have all the PR's waiting. They are waiting because of lawyers/accountants/financials/pennystockchaser/and pinksheets. Its a number of things that have caused this to be delayed... But who cares. We all will be rich soon
