Yes, I would say that is exactly what the new PR imply's. Per the PR, it says that the Lowe's shipment is 100% finished. Then goes on to say that the NDA is still in effect and that they will be shipping 2.5 53ft trailer loads per day out of thier establishment from now all the way into 2010....

That is actually huge news!!!!

That is alot of product to be shipped out in the next few months......

Which means $$$$$$$$ for investors!!!!
