I think the split can occur, but the intended uplisting can't, with the 10k being late. Luckily, SPNG didn't have significant sales to speak of in '08, so the '08 re-do that has been furiously in the works since Friday will not hopefully take as long as the '09 10k, where sales increased 10-fold.

Anyway, we'll hear something from SPNG within a week about that. They put out a lot of PRs, usually 2-4 per week, about sales, marketing, company goings-on, etc.
